ABOUT JUST LIBERATED:
 
The original just liberated hair salon (formally Just Libby) began 27 years ago in Georgetown, a beautiful inner suburb of Newcastle NSW.

It all began with 'Just Libby' (proprietor Libby Dedman) in a little room off the side of a house on the corner of Georgetown Road and David Street, Georgetown.

10 years later the hair salon relocated to its new position boasting the modern, larger, brighter, premises it occupies now and grew to a staff of 8.

April 2004 saw a total face lift for the old salon and now not only does it have only have room for more clients, but it boasts superb comfort and relaxation with state of the art massage chairs, a 8 foot marine fish aquarium and the most exquisite coffees. 

SALON LOCATIONS:

just liberated Georgetown is conveniently located in Georgetown Road, Georgetown with ample parking.

Then there is the NEW just liberated Kotara salon, conveniently located on Park Avenue with car parking at the door, opposite Fitness First.

Our new salon is on the KMart side of Stocklands Glendale next to Priceline with parking for over 2300 cars.

Libby & Craig were thrilled to be selected again from over 3000 nominated salon owners from around the world. The prestigious judging panel, coordinated by the UCLA Anderson School of Management’s Price Center for Entrepreneurial Studies, scrutinized the hundreds of extraordinary entries and selected Just Liberated as one of the 77 top finalists, representing 22 countries.

Libby went to Hollywood to celebrate with the other honorees from around the world and receive our second exquisite personalized GSBA crystal statuette.

Highlights of the trip were the welcome reception at the former the home of the one and only Elvis Presley, a spectacular and impressive line up of industry seminars at the UCLA Business Forum, and the GSBA Awards Gala.
